Missions Teams Checklist

Going with us on a short term missions team? Here's a list of items you'll want to make sure you have taken care of.

Step 1 is to let us know you are interested. Do this by sending us an email at info@charlieslunch.com.

 

Step 2 is to fill out the online Application.

 

Step 3 is to make sure you have a current U.S. Passport.  You can apply for one online. There are several passport companies online that can help expedite this process, as it can take several weeks.

 

Step 4 is to pay at least $100 to Charlie's Lunch to secure your spot on the team upon approval of your application. This amount is non-refundable but will go towards the overall cost of the trip.

 

Step 5 is to let us know if you are going to buy an airline ticket on your own (for instance with air miles) or would like us to help you find a flight, our contact info is listed below.

 

Step 6 is to send us your pastor's recommendation letter.  It is important to us that you are involved in a local church and that you have informed your pastor of your upcoming missions trip with us. If you need help with this letter, email us, and we can give you examples of the information we are looking for.

 

Step 7 is to make sure and send us your Assumption of Risk form filled out. Email info@charlieslunch.com to request one.
