Charlie's Lunch is getting ready to GO!
Three weeks from this Friday, teams begin! Charlie's Lunch takes teams every year down to it's lunchrooms to love on people and minister to them there. On one of these teams this year, besides participating in feeding the hungry, there is going to be construction, kids ministry, praying for the sick and preaching the good news of Jesus Christ, in three languages!
We at Charlie's Lunch are so excited for these upcoming high-impact ministry moments that will take place in Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras. We have already experienced opposition in planning these three God-inspired missions teams, but we go with a conviction to God's Word that we MUST go. Matthew 28:19 says "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit." Working alongside the local church, feeding hungry children and teaching them the Word of God has proven to be an effective tool to fulfill this mandate from our Lord.
