This last Christmas, in 2008, Charlie's Lunch was able to provide Christmas Celebrations for 30 Feeding Centers! $10,000.00 was sent out to provide gifts, treats, blankets, a wonderful meal, and an environment for celebrating the birth of the saviour, Jesus Christ. Pictures are still comming in as are the reports of smiles and joy gleeming in the hearts of the precious children of Charlie's Lunch. For many of these children, the gifts given through Charlie's Lunch were the only toys they recieved this Christmas and Charlie's Lunch was overjoyed to be able to extend it's hands to the poor because of your generosity.

OUR AREA DIRECTOR PASTOR SHARAVAN KUMAR LED THIS CELEBRATION IN HIS CHURCH CALLED MIRACLE GOSPEL FELLOWSHIP.
HIS CHURCH, VERY POOR IN THE RICE PATTIES VILLAGE SURROUNDING AREA GAVE ALMOST $400. AS WELL TO SUBSIDIZE WHAT C.L. WAS ABLE TO GIVE SO THAT ALL COULD RECIEVE A BLANKET, A SARI AND FOOD THAT SPECIAL DAY!
